Answers before you have to ask.
If your question is not here, put it in the walkthrough request and you will get an answer in writing.
Is this a CRM, a transaction system or a marketing tool?
All of them, in one login: CRM and follow-up, Marketing Studio, forms with e-sign, transaction management, agent websites with IDX, a lead engine, broker dashboards and reports, training and help. The point is that the brokerage stops paying for and supporting eight separate tools.
Who built it and who uses it?
It was built inside a working Florida brokerage by its owner's team and is used by that brokerage's agents and staff every day. New Home Realty, a Florida 100% commission brokerage, runs it for every agent on its Core plan. What you buy is the feature set: your brokerage gets its own separate installation, not access to anyone else's system or data.
Do we get our own CRM, or share one?
Your own. Every brokerage gets its own portal, agent websites and CRM, empty on day one. You import or capture your own leads, and nobody outside your brokerage can see them.
Is it white label?
The portal, agent websites, flyers, posts and reports carry your brand, on your domain. E-sign signer pages and e-sign emails are branded Ultimate Broker Portal E-Sign, the way a signing service would be. Enterprise packaging can go further.
Do we need MLS or IDX approval?
Not to use the portal. Every module except the MLS-connected ones runs without any MLS feed. MLS Connect, which adds property search, listing pages, MLS lookups, buyer matching, CMA packets, listing photo import and the lead engine's MLS check, uses your brokerage's own MLS data feed: an IDX or VOW agreement, or a data API key your MLS issues to your brokerage. We configure it once your MLS approves it, and we never share another brokerage's MLS access.
We do not have MLS access, or do not want it. Can we still use it?
Yes. The Launch plan runs the whole portal without an MLS connection: CRM and follow-up, Marketing Studio with photos you upload, forms and e-sign, transactions, agent websites with bio, contact forms, calculators and lead capture, broker dashboard and reports, training and help. Add MLS Connect later if you want it.
Can agents keep their own Gmail?
Yes. Staff sign in with Google, and a free Gmail account works. Gmail, Calendar, Tasks and Drive connect with the user's own authorisation; company email can be added if you prefer.
Does the portal send emails or post on our behalf?
No. It drafts, prepares and reminds. Emails, posts, ads, document packets and lead releases go out only when a person clicks. Recruiting drafts go to the broker, never to the agent.
How do our forms get in?
You upload the forms your brokerage is licensed to use, for example Florida Realtors forms through your membership. We do not redistribute anyone's forms. The mapping tools align every field to the printed page, built-in checks catch misplaced boxes, and existing field maps for common Florida contract forms make setup fast.
Can we import our existing CRM?
Yes. CSV import with de-duplication and staging is built in, and larger migrations are handled during implementation.
What does the lead engine actually provide?
Rules, not promises. Agents earn credits through training, CRM activity, marketing and closings and redeem them for contactable homeowner and FSBO leads by ZIP code. Every lead is checked against the MLS first so nobody calls a listed home. Inventory varies by area.
What is not included in the monthly price?
Third-party pass-through costs: MLS and IDX data fees, domain registration, AI image and video provider credits, email delivery volume beyond the included allowance, and any custom legal or compliance review.
How long does it take to go live?
A branded pilot can be up within days of the walkthrough. Full rollout depends on your MLS approvals, imports and training schedule; we plan it together on the call.
Where is our data and who owns it?
It is yours. Each brokerage's data lives in its own installation, backed up off-site hourly and nightly with weekly restore tests, and it leaves with you if you leave.
Still have a question?
Ask it in your walkthrough request. Every one is read and answered by the people who built the platform.
