Security and compliance

Built by a broker, so the guardrails come first.

Plain statements about how the platform handles sign-in, permissions, audit, isolation, backups and the things that must never happen automatically.

Sign-in
Staff sign in with Google. Sessions are signed and scoped; there are no shared passwords to leak.
Permissions
Agent, office admin and global admin roles. Agents see their own leads, files and numbers; admins see their office.
Audit
Sensitive actions are logged with who, what and when. E-sign packets carry an audit trail with signer identity, timestamps and the exact document revision signed.
Isolation
Each brokerage gets its own installation on its own domain: own database, own users, own permissions. It can be moved to a dedicated server of its own as the brokerage grows.
Secrets
Integration credentials are stored encrypted and never shown back in full.
Backups
Hourly and nightly backups are copied off-site and verified automatically; restore tests run weekly.
Transport
HTTPS everywhere with automatically renewed certificates; strict content security policies on public pages.
Human approval
Nothing is emailed, posted, published, purchased or deleted by automation. A person clicks, every time.
Real estate compliance

Shaped around the rules agents actually work under.

Fair housing

Ad Center forces Housing Special Ad Category language. Marketing Studio reinforces fair housing wording.

Advertising

Brokerage identification is applied automatically on agent websites, flyers and posts.

MLS and IDX

Property search, lookups, CMA packets and photo imports run on your brokerage's own MLS data access, configured only after your MLS approves it. No brokerage's feed is ever shared with another. Photo rights are checked and acknowledged in Marketing Studio.

Calling

A do-not-call check tool sits next to the CRM for outbound campaigns.

Documents

Form changes stop at the first signature; a changed document invalidates outstanding signer links; voided packets are recorded.

Compliance with fair housing, advertising, MLS and telemarketing rules remains the brokerage's responsibility. The portal reinforces the rules and keeps the records; it does not replace broker judgment or legal review.
